All packages will be paid in full before classes start. If you choose to cancel your package before all classes have been used, the balance of the remainder of the classes will be refunded to you within 30 days. If Watermelon English decides to not continue teaching you or your child, the same rule will apply - full refund within 30 days. I have a bachelor's degree Majoring in Communication. I also have a GA Level 5 Advanced TEFL Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I am trained to do 1-on-1, group classes, Business English, other subjects in English, as well as IELTS or exam preparations in English.

Our experience has shown that not all children under the age of 5 can concentrate effectively during an online lesson, which can hinder their learning progress and does not accurately reflect the standards we aim to uphold. However, we recognize that every child is unique; some 4-year-olds may indeed possess better concentration skills than some older children. Therefore, we are open to evaluating each case individually. We encourage you to book a trial lesson so we can assess whether our online tutoring services are suitable for your child.
